| Membership Criteria |

Any Firm, Corporation, Government Enterprise, Chamber of Commerce
or other like institution which, being a Combined Membership Associate
member of All India Management Association, opts under the relevant
the Rules of All India Management Association for the membership of
the Bombay Management Association, shall be eligible for Institutional
Combined Membership. |

| Groups |
| |
Group A : Institutions having less than 500 employees in
the Mumbai region.
Group B : Institutions having 500 or
more but less than 1000 employees in the Mumbai region.
Group
C : Institutions having 1000 or more employees in the Mumbai region. |

| Entrance Fees |
| |
The Entrance fee for Group A is Rs. 3000/-.
The Entrance fee for Group B is Rs. 5000/-.
The Entrance fee for Group C is Rs. 7500/-. |

| Annual Subscription |
| |
Group A : The Annual Subscription fees is Rs.3,000 in the
case of Institutions having less than 500 employees in the Mumbai
region.
Group B : The Annual Subscription fees is Rs.5,000
in the case of Institutions having 500 or more but less than 1000
employees in the Mumbai region.
Group C : The Annual Subscription
fees is Rs.7500 in the case of Institutions having 1000 or more employees
in the Mumbai region.
