| Advisory Board |
 |
This committee will play an advisory role for directing the Executive Committee in overall interest of BMA.
|
 |
Strategy formulation (The strategy of the Association for a three year ensuing period). |
 |
Enhancement of the image of the Association. |
 |
Judicious use of the funds of the Association. |
 |
Training activities and the programmes so as to ensure new direction in the activities of the Association and
in particular introduction of medium to long term management education. |

| The Advisory Board shall have advisory role and shall not possess executive powers. |

| Internal Awards Committee |
| |
|
 |
To have an Internal Awards Committee normally led by an executive committee member. |
 |
To discuss and debate the potential names of the Awardees as per the Criteria laid down by BMA. |
 |
To identify a list of candidates for the various awards. |
 |
To short list names of awardees to be presented to the External Awards Committee. |
 |
To suggest new awards in keeping with the times. |
 |
To review the present awards and suggest changes in regard to the life of an award and
enhancement of the sponsorship amount. |
 |
To implement the objectives of various Awards as per the understanding with the Donors. |
 |
To identify and suggest names as Chief Guest for the occasion. |
 |
To present a report at the end of the financial year for incorporation in the annual report. |

 |
The President & Vice President to identify & appoint eminent personalities for the External Awards Committee. |

To finalise the Awardees by the External Awards Committee - through frank and free discussion and debate based on criteria defined by BMA. |

To convey to the Awardees about their selection and invite them to collect the Awards in person through a letter by the Chairman of the Jury. |
 |
To decide on any new Award - to be instituted on BMA's recommendation. |
 |
The Committee may feel free to suggest improvements and alterations in the Awards Criteria. |

| Executive Committee |

To pursue overall objectives of the Association.

To direct Chairpersons of various committees and the administration on the objectives of the Association.

To be responsible for the general membership of BMA.

To make rules & regulations for the annual election of its members.

To invite and / or receive any voluntary contribution, gifts or grants of money or property from any
source in India or abroad, any trusts or endowments, any company from or individual either by way
of donations, endowments, capital grants, annual or other subscriptions, legacies etc. for the purpose
or benefits of the objects of the Association or any of them or for any specific trust for charitable
purposes and to hold all such grants in accordance with the terms, objects and purposes thereof. |

To adopt such means of making known the activities of the association as may seem expedient and in
particular by advertising in press, by circulars, by publications of books and periodicals, by granting prizes,
rewards and donations. |

To enter into any agreements on behalf of the Association. |

To undertake and execute any Trust which may seem to the Association desirable. |

To promote Linkages with Management Institutes and B-Schools and conduct student

winner of the previous year. |

To motivate the full time MMS & BMS Institutes and students to join BMA as Institutional
Academic and Institutional Student members. |

To motivate the three year part time students doing their MMM, MFM, MHRDM, and also
those doing DMS and DCM to join as members of the BMA. |

To suggest steps to be taken to take advantage of various provisions of the above categories. |

To extend aims and objectives of BMA in the geographical area. |

To build up linkages between professional talents staying or working in such areas and
industries functioning in such areas. |

To serve all existing members in the region by organizing at least six programmes during
the year. The programmes could be held at suitable venues in Navi Mumbai. |
 |
To partner with Management colleges in holding programmes for the academia. |
 |
To promote Membership Development focusing on Institutional Academic Members,Institutional Student Members, Individual and Corporate Members from Navi Mumbai area
and draw out a target based plan. |

& quality training, to motivate them for better customer satisfaction and inculcate need for
