Criteria

To be given to the person who has made the most significant contribution to the professional management movement.

The criteria for selection in order of importance:

		Contributions to Management movement, its growth, stability and quality
		Contributions to other sister professional associations concerned with various facets of management
		Individual professional excellence and reputation
		All the above signified either by outstanding contribution for a short period or good and sustained effort over a longer period

The Award consists of a Silver salvo and a citation.
